These cashew energy balls are a tasty way to fuel your training sessions.
Cashew energy balls
(Makes 10 balls)
Ingredients
100g cashews
100g dates
30g sultanas
Method
Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until an even consistency is obtained.
If using a blender (eg Nutribullet) grind the nuts to a powder first, then add the dried fruit.
Roll into balls or bars
Store in the fridge/freezer in an airtight container.
