About Gemma
I’m Dr Gemma Sampson. I’m an Advanced Sports Dietitian based in Sydney and Girona with over 12 years experience working with amateur and elite cyclists and corporate clients. I aim to optimise your health and performance be that in training, competition or in the boardroom.
Every athlete is unique.
Your training program, races, lifestyle and personal ambitions are exclusive to you – which is why a cookie-cutter approach doesn’t work when it comes to sports nutrition.
I take an individualised and holistic approach to sports nutrition that is tailored around your training and performance goals.
My sports nutrition coaching will show you practical, realistic and sustainable strategies to fuel around work, training and competition for long-term results.
A passionate cyclist myself, I love working with motivated high performing endurance athletes and seeing them get results and achieve their goals. When I’m not talking about sports nutrition, you’ll find me practicing what I preach and putting nutrition science into practice on the bike myself.
