Your weight is constantly changing

 

Don't let a number spoil your day, cause you to beat yourself up.

So many people I work with assign their worth to this number - a number that is CONSTANTLY changing across the day, week, month and year.

Weight changes on a daily basis because of food, fluid, fibre, salt, exercise, hormonal shifts and so many other factors.

It's just a number that isn't static.

It doesn't make you more or less valuable so don't let it detract your happiness.
