If you’re a fan of chocolate orange, you’ll love these choc orange energy balls to fuel your training sessions.
Choc orange energy balls
(Makes 10 balls)
Ingredients
100g almonds
100g dates
30g sultanas
1-2 tsp cocoa powder
Rind of 1 orange
1-2 tsp orange juice
Method
Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until an even consistency is obtained.
If using a blender (eg Nutribullet) grind the nuts to a powder first, then add the dried fruit.
If the mixture isn’t binding together well, add a tsp of the orange juice slowly until balls can be formed.
Roll into balls
Store in the fridge/freezer in an airtight container.
