Choc mint energy balls
(Makes 10 balls)
Ingredients
100g almonds
100g dates
30g sultanas
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 - 1 tsp peppermint essence
Method
Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until an even consistency is obtained.
If using a blender (eg Nutribullet) grind the nuts to a powder first, then add the dried fruit.
Roll into balls
Store in the fridge/freezer in an airtight container.
