About this event
Welcome to the 3rd event of the "Meet The Experts" series!
This time we'd like to talk about specifics of training and nutrition for women of all ages, who would like to start their adventure with cycling or improve their performance.
We'd like to tackle most asked questions like training for different age groups, riding during menstruation, pregnancy, menopause and after it. We'll also ask our expert guests about the psychological aspect of cycling. We'll get to know how our speakers help women overcome different fears, doubts and difficulties on the way to their goal.
Our guests have a great experience in working with both - professional and amateur female athletes of all ages and are happy to share their knowledge with all of us.
Meet our panel:
- Sue Allen -

Cycling Coach | Passionate about getting women racing whatever their age.
- Josh Brandwene -

Licensed Cycling Coach on a mission to help more women to get into cycling
- Dr Gemma Sampson -

Advanced Sports Dietitian | Performance Health Coach
We cannot wait to let Sue speak about how much more demanding is creating a great individual training program for women then it is for men; and how many details influence our performance, including the right bra!!!
Dr. Gemma will share educating insights about the right choice of nutrition to balance with your training and, for sure, will surprice us with some myth-braking discoveries.
And yes, this time we decided to invite a male speaker to our discussion. Why? Because he's doing a great job and he's an expert in coaching women and simply a super positive guy. But also because we believe it is very important to also spread the word about men, who not only agree with the necessity of the #equalopportunities but actively help to create them and actually support women instead of "saving" us by mansplaining.
Even is FREE as usual, all you need is to register and grab your self a cup of coffee or tea and join our discussion via Zoom.
Link with invitation will be sent to all registered before the event.
Event will be held in English on April 27th at 10:00 a.m. CET (GMT+2).
Let's make a change together!
