Hunger Fullness Scale
How hungry and full are you before, during and after meals?
Often I see peoples delaying eating to the point that their hunger levels drop to a ZERO. Leaving them so hungry they'll eat anything and everything and end up at a TEN where they have overeaten and are painfully full and feeling sick.
In that moment of crazy hunger you're more likely to overeat and override feelings of fullness and end up feeling super stuffed, bloated and uncomfortable from eating too much too fast.
One of the first steps for the Cycling Nutrition Framework is for you to track your food intake for a week and record the things that influence it - including how hungry and full you are.
Whats the solution?
Sometimes it means adding in extra snacks, others it means a bigger lunch or more food in training.
