One day or day one?

 

There's no perfect time to start.

You don't have to be 'doing it perfectly' right from the get go.

You just have to start.

I realised yesterday that it's been about 6 months since I started regularly stretching and doing some mobility work.

Still a long way to go, but looking back I can see how I've progressed from a few minutes sporadically 2-3 times a week to about 10 min almost every day.

It takes time and consistency to see change but you've got to start somewhere.

You choose what and when it's gonna be.
