If you like chocolate mint, you’ll love these choc mint energy balls to fuel your training sessions.

Choc mint energy balls

(Makes 10 balls)

Ingredients 

  • 100g almonds

  • 100g dates

  • 30g sultanas

  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 - 1 tsp peppermint essence

Method

  1. Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until an even consistency is obtained.

  2. If using a blender (eg Nutribullet) grind the nuts to a powder first, then add the dried fruit.

  3. Roll into balls

  4. Store in the fridge/freezer in an airtight container.
