Pecan pie energy balls

 

If you like pecans, you’ll love these pecan pie energy balls to fuel your training sessions.

Pecan pie energy balls

(Makes 10 balls)

Ingredients 

  • 50g almonds

  • 50g pecans

  • 100g dates

  • 30g sultanas

Method

  1. Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until an even consistency is obtained.

  2. If using a blender (eg Nutribullet) grind the nuts to a powder first, then add the dried fruit.

  3. Roll into balls

  4. Store in the fridge/freezer in an airtight container.

Nutrition per ball (as per recipe): 105kcal, 6.2g fat, 9.5g carbohydrate, 2g protein, 1.6g fibre
