High protein bircher muesli

When doing a lot of training, it's important eat enough protein to support muscle growth and repair. Getting enough protein at breakfast is a great way to stay fuller longer throughout the day.

Many people eat enough protein over the day, but their timing is out because they tend to eat it mostly in the evening meals.

It's a good idea to spread out your protein intake evenly throughout all of your meals - starting with Breakfast!

I love making bircher muesli for breakfast. It's quick and easy to make and a perfect meal for busy athletes who need a nutritious grab-and-go solution to fuel them well.
